KOBO Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Fit Guarantee
At KOBO, we believe choosing the right paddle is personal. Our 30-Day Fit Guarantee gives you the opportunity to find the KOBO paddle that best suits your game.
Our goal is not just to process returns, but to help you find the right fit. If your paddle isn't right for you, we're here to assist with returns or exchanges based on the conditions below.
By placing an order with KOBO, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions.
Unused Products (New Condition)
Products are eligible for a full refund of the product price if they are:
- Unused
- Returned in original packaging
- In resalable condition
Original shipping fees and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
KOBO reserves the right to deny refunds if returned items show signs of use or damage.
Used / Play-Tested Paddles
We understand that paddle preference is personal and may require on-court feel.
- Used paddles are not eligible for refunds
- Lightly used paddles returned within 30 days may be eligible for store credit at KOBO's discretion
- Store credit is non-refundable and can be applied toward any KOBO product
This approach allows us to support players while maintaining product integrity and fairness across the KOBO community.
Refund Requirement (Physical Return)
All refunds require the product to be returned and inspected by KOBO.
- Refunds are not issued for items that are not physically returned
- KOBO does not offer partial or courtesy refunds without a completed return
Condition Assessment & Final Determination
All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.
KOBO reserves the right to:
- Determine whether a product is unused or used
- Approve, deny, or adjust refund or store credit amounts accordingly
All determinations are made in accordance with this policy.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, including eligibility conditions for refunds and store credit.
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, KOBO may provide relevant order records, communication history, and this policy as supporting documentation to the payment processor.
Customers who initiate disputes that conflict with this policy may be restricted from future purchases.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Original shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
KOBO is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed after inspection and approval
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Non-Returnable Conditions
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Used paddles (eligible for store credit only)
- Products damaged by misuse, modification, or normal wear
- Performance changes resulting from normal use
- Preference-based dissatisfaction after use
Warranty (Defects Only)
KOBO paddles are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Performance changes over time
- Surface wear or core breakdown from regular play
- Preference or feel-related concerns
How to Start a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
All returns must be authorized by KOBO before shipping. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
